We are Camila, German & Maui and this is our family business, born from our deep love for food and a commitment to bringing homemade, authentic flavours to our community. After years of working as chefs in fine dining, we decided to change direction and take the leap toward independence, allowing us to spend more time with our little one, Maui.

Our journey led us to create The good sando, a simple concept that combines high-quality ingredients with flavours inspired by our culinary experiences and personal lives. We wanted to make something more accessible to everyone, while still maintaining the same attention to detail that we cherish from our fine dining years. Through our sandos, we aim to build a personal connection with our customers, offering a taste of quality food in a relaxed set up. This venture is not just about food, it’s about living a life with more time for family and the joy of doing what we love.
